Dr. Sara Elliott, Ph.D.
Dr. Elliott brings over 20 years of experience in evaluation, research, and organizational learning to her role as a Principal Consultant with Square Two Partners.
Her expertise lies in helping mission-driven organizations to collect and leverage data to improve their quality and impact. Dr. Elliott has expertise in training and coaching leaders and staff on data-driven continuous quality improvement. Since 2004, she has led quality improvement efforts across many youth service and behavioral health settings in Michigan, Massachusetts, and other states.
She offers a wide range of tools, including project and research planning, survey design, qualitative methods (such as interviews and focus groups), data visualization, continuous quality improvement, policy analysis, literature reviews, change management, and strategic planning. She is gradually adding AI into her practice to assist with data processing and generating insights. She works with clients to identify key areas for improvement using data, then collaborates to design a process for equipping leaders and engaging staff in positive change.
She holds advanced degrees from Loyola University Chicago and Brandeis University, and served as a visiting lecturer at Smith College. Sara’s commitment to evidence-based practice has made her a trusted advisor to numerous nonprofits, foundations, and educational institutions.
