Kirsten Brooks

Kirsten is a serial entrepreneur turned behavior analyst who has a knack for building successful companies from the ground up.  She currently oversees Business Development at Square Two Partners.

As the founder of ABA Connect, she grew the organization from concept to a multi-state operation serving hundreds of families across Texas and Colorado. Under her clinical leadership, the company maintained exceptional quality standards while expanding rapidly, eventually being acquired by a major healthcare private equity firm.

Her entrepreneurial journey includes cofounding the Austin Psychology & Assessment Center and Brooks Realty Ventures, showcasing her versatility across healthcare and real estate investment. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Kirsten brings a unique perspective in organizational behavior management, consistently building high-performing teams that embrace her vision.

When she’s not launching successful businesses, Kirsten focuses on developing innovative systems for data collection and analysis in clinical settings. She’s particularly passionate about creating efficient organizational structures that maintain clinical excellence at scale. Her blend of clinical expertise and business acumen has made her a respected figure in both the ABA therapy and entrepreneurial communities.
